A completed application when submitted is done in a timely manner, a non-completed application will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. It is the responsibility of the applicant to submit a fully complete application, with submissions and all required attachments.

Applications are reviewed as they come in for completeness, the processing of a complete application and submittal for payment of assistance if approved could take up to twenty (20) days. Should an application be considered incomplete, it will not be processed until it is deemed complete.

This Emergency Rental Assistance Program is funded by The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, which is a federal program to help Tenants and Landlords, as well as improve public health conditions, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Program income guidelines, requirements and eligibility determination guidelines were set by the U.S. Department of Treasury.
